What exactly do I get?
A professional review of your home’s accessibility features, a Verified badge, and a free Adapta Stay listing.
How long until my home is listed?
Capture takes about 20 minutes on your phone. A professional reviewer then checks every photo and measurement.
What if my home isn’t fully accessible?
Most homes aren’t. We verify the features your home does have, so it’s matched with guests it works for.
Is this a legal compliance certification?
No. We professionally verify accessibility features. It is not an ADA, FHA, or other legal compliance review.
